Rymaal provides organizational consulting, learning systems, management frameworks, and related services through its three paths: Badhra, Numuw, and Izdehar. Specific deliverables are defined in individual agreements with clients.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, systems, templates, games, and materials provided by Rymaal, including the Sands System and HAI framework, remain the intellectual property of Rymaal unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal purposes.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Rymaal treats all client information with the highest standards of privacy and security.
5. Payments and Fees
Fees are agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Payment terms are specified in individual proposals. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rymaal provides services in good faith and with professional care. However, Rymaal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
7. Modifications
Rymaal reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
